At this stage, we only ship within Australia, but keep an eye on our socials to find out when you'll be able to get GLOJUICE® in your country.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays).

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be dispatched. You will receive an email to confirm dispatch with tracking information once your order has left our warehouse.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days with photos and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. For health and safety reasons, opened nutritional products cannot be returned for change of mind.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@glojuice.co.

10% off will automatically be applied to every order as part of your subscription. You have total control to pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal.

If you haven't received your order confirmation email, first check your junk or spam folder as sometimes emails are automatically filtered there. If you still can’t find it, please reach out and we'll be able to resend it to you.
